Problem
Someone looking for home services wants to understand the type of work offered, the service area, and what happens after an enquiry. This fictional brief makes that information straightforward.
Approach
I designed a responsive one-page site with service cards, sample neighbourhoods, a three-step process, and accessible native FAQ disclosures. A code-built pipework illustration creates an identity without stock imagery.
The enquiry action leads to a clearly labelled explanation. It does not connect to a real tradesperson, phone number, message service, or appointment system.
Current status
A working concept showing how a local service business could present its offer and enquiry path. All business details and service areas are fictional.
